It is truly a matter of pride for Indians that our country has become the third-largest solar power generator in the world. According to the recent report by the global energy think tank Ember; in 2015 we were at the ninth rank, but in 2023 surpassing Japan, we have stepped on the third rank. Today, our power sector has been one of the front-runners in the world. In the last one decade, it has successfully adopted almost all the emerging global technologies, and ensured its preparedness to cater to the growing demand of the nation.
